Description of the power plant
Ground-based solar power plant PV Plant Heliostrum is located in east part of Ukraine - Krasnohradskyi district, Kharkivska region, Ukraine. The power plant is putted into operation on 2019 with installed capacity- 0.39 MW. Ltd "Heliostrum" is a legal entity operating the power plant. It obtained the license for electricity generation on February 04, 2020 and permitted for the Feed-in-tariff in hryvnias equivalent of 15.03 eurocents starting from February 14, 2020.
