Ground-based solar power plant PV Plant PV Plant Horokhivska is located in south part of Ukraine - Vitovskyi district, Mykolaivska region, Ukraine. The power plant is putted into operation on 2020 with installed capacity- 15.63 MW. Ltd "Fes Horokhivska" is a legal entity operating the power plant. It obtained the license for electricity generation on September 23, 2020 and permitted for the Feed-in-tariff in hryvnias equivalent of 10.97 eurocents starting from September 23, 2020.
